I started training in 2016 before I really had any goals beyond 'lose weight'. I had been taking classes in the gym (somewhere around 12/13 a week!) when they introduced me to strength training. Immediately, I fell in love. The feeling of being strong, being empowered and able, is something that still sticks with me today and I have Iron-Fox Fitness to thank for that.
